Refund policy

Hassel free returns.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to a refund or exchange once I receive the return (excluding commissions), provided it is packed in the original packing materials it arrives in and is in resalable condition. Additional postage charges will apply.

If you receive a damaged parcel please take photos, keep the parcel, and contact me within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.  Any time after this will not be considered.  Once I have received the photos of damage, we will come to an arrangement together to solve the issue.

I do not cover the costs for redelivery if there happens to be a return to sender, so please double check your address is correct when checking out.

Please note, due to colors varying slightly from PC’s, Mac’s, and Phones, the colors may vary slightly to what you see on the screen.
